Free Return/Exchange is available for customers in Australia. We offer free return or exchange for faulty, damaged or significantly different product than that described within 14 days of delivery. For change of mind or wrong selection of size or colour, we will happily refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, customers are responsible for all return postage.

International Return/Exchange:
Should you wish to return a faulty item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a prepaid return postage label. International orders cannot be exchanged because of any reason and will be refunded in full in case of item being faulty upon receipt of return.
