Free Return/Exchange is available for customers in Australia. We offer free return or exchange for faulty, damaged or significantly different product than that described within 14 days of delivery. We will even bear the return postage charges. For change of mind or wrong selection of size or colour, we will happily refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, customers are responsible for all return postage.
Please note a full refund will be offered if another size or colour is out of stock. Customer will be given opportunity to register for notification when the item is in stock again. Also note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase (if any) are non-refundable.

Swimwear, Lingerie And Intimate Apparel Return And Exchange:
It is not possible to return swimwear, lingerie or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a used/soiled condition. International Return/Exchange:
Should you wish to return a faulty item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will send you a prepaid return postage label. International orders cannot be exchanged because of any reason and will be refunded in full in case of item being faulty upon receipt of return. Customer will need to place a new order should they want an exchange. Customers are reponsible for all return postage for returns. So please select your item carefully.
