How To Return Or Exchange An Item? (Instructions):-

1. Please Contact Us if you wish to return an item.

2. Our Customer Service Team will email you a Returns Label to you. Please note customer pays return postage in case of change of mind and wrong selection. Please post the item using a reliable postage method with tracking. We will not be responsible for loss or damaged during transit. We recommend using a postage method which insures items in transit.

3. Place the item(s) in secure packaging along with all the associated booklet or accessories etc.

4. Complete the Returns Form and place it in the packet.

5. Attach the Returns Label to the outside of the packet and seal the parcel securely.

6. To be able to track your return, please note the tracking number printed on the Returns Label. Use it on the carrier's website.
